The station agent was pleasant and very professional when I went to pick up my daughters teacup Yorkie. Everything was clean and he was fast and well informed while assisting me w/all the required paperwork.

They are so rude and unhelpful. I called to make sure the email that said my package had arrived was indeed correct and I could come pick it up and was told rudely I needed to get paper stamped from customs. What paper, the lady didn't know. Where to get said paper, she didn't know. She just basically said you need customs paper, go find it yourself. And when I asked why she was yelling at me for asking questions, she said it was because she couldn't help me anymore. What establishment needs something and not provide directions to get it? It was such an awful experience, NEVER EVER using their services.

The young man (Jamal I believe) at the Jacksonville Delta Cargo station was more than helpful AND patient. His customer service was on full display!

Nothing much to review. If you order something that ships via Delta, this is where you can pick it up. The staff are always nice, professional, and very helpful, especially since no two shipments are alike.

Please get off your phone, stop watching videos and caring more about trading cards than the customer standing right in front of you. Pick up the phone and call the outbound station to get information instead of saying "we don't know til they depart, I can only see the arrival time". Customer service, learn it! Day shift was better than night shift. Just can't believe how terrible Customer service has gotten in this country. 😑
