Great service experience early morning 4 AM when they open staff name Regina and supervisor MR JOHN khan. Not only one day I sae them almost everyday how they serve the customer. Other airline must learn from them

It was a really good experience. No problems at pick up. My birdie was safe and sound. The customer service was expectacular.

To the managers of delta, where hundreds of people come and go every day and you do your job while working; In such an organization, not even 1 toilet has been built for people to use. Let's say it is old etc. It should not be so difficult to put a portable toilet. People cannot even find a place to wash their hands here, it is a complete disgrace, I guess you do not have a single thoughtful and smart manager. People who receive terrible service will not make good comments about your company, nor will an investor go and buy your shares. Those who don't value such small but important things can't make a difference! I hope I don't have to come here again!

It is incredible to wait for approximately 3 hours to receive our cargo, and when they finally serve us, it turns out that they serve another person who arrived only 15 minutes before, why? for the simple reason that he received a $50 dollar to skip us. What a disappointment to know that in order to be well attended you have to pay the drivers who, logically, already receive a payment for doing their job WELL.

This is an easy place to get to for truck drivers. The staff is very friendly and people here are very nice so please be respectful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there are no bathrooms. So make sure you do everything you need to before delivering here.
