Delta Cargo is by far the worst and slowest airline when it comes to cargo. I’ve sat in there for so long with out help I’ve missed flights on several occasions. Sitting in here now while writing this and the only thing that has been said to me is there 3 people ahead of me but that was 35mins ago now. I also ask to speak to the delta representative 10 mins ago and still haven’t seen him! Horrible customer service hate every time my job has me go up here!

Seriously awesome! I received my new puppy in Phoenix from Salt Lake in perfect condition. She left in huge snow storm and arrived safe and dry. The tiny food and water container attached to the door still had food and water = the crate was carried, loaded, and traveled as level as possible. Thank you Delta Cargo for caring for our new little family member!

Delta is the worst airline in the US. Will never give these people any money again. Stay away folks.
