I checked in yesterday at 6:00 PM, and now it’s 5:00 AM — I’m still waiting, and they haven’t even started loading. Every time you ask about the load, they just say “go back to your truck, we’ll call you.” Hours pass, and nothing happens. There’s no respect for drivers’ time at all. This place keeps you stuck for hours with no communication or care. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place. My patience ends here — never again. Delay Airlines 👌

The staff helped me out tremendously. I've had many other pickups at many other locations,but was never helped out like I was in here. The staff here is amazing. You are beautiful people!

The check-in staff are friendly and very helpful. Loading time takes a bit longer. the issue is, that it is the driver's responsibility to get a door. you have to wait, wait, and wait, finally, when you get a door someone else will jump out of nowhere and take your door! This means you either fight the person or wait patiently because no one is there to deal with that bad driver.

Majority of times it's great. Problem is they don't want to help. I asked them if they had my paperwork just to make sure they had it because I know sometimes they forget to send it. Their response, which door are you supposed to be at, just wait. So I waited, an hour. So...do you guys have my paperwork. Their response, oh it's right here. It was sitting in front of them the whole time but they decided not to move it to the bin for pick up. Their job was to move a piece of paper from the table to the bin. Instead, I get attitude just for checking to make sure. So what happens, she goes on lunch and nothing happens until she gets back. Then, 20 minutes after they got my paper to the guys that pick I am loaded up. Pathetic is not even a strong enough word to describe the people in the office by door 15. By the lobby, I never have issues, those guys are solid, which is why it's 2*.
