Delta has always been a top-notch airline and this time was no different. From the minute we got on board, to takeoff and landing all were greeted with excellence by their staff members who went above and beyond for us!

They failed this time. The moment flights were delayed ALL gate agents took a 30 minute leave for gates C4 through C7. Guess they didn't want to help customers who are missing connecting flights.

Rachel refused to tell me her full name, because she knew I would complain. In the end I paid twice for my ticket and now II was told if I want my money back I need an lawyer! SHAME ON YOU!
