If I could give them zero stars I would. I used to only want to travel with delta but after the experience I just had I will choose to fly with literally anyone else. I had to travel for 4 days instead of the 2 I had planned because they rebooked my flight multiple times without any warning or explanation. I got stuck in Atlanta trying to get to Salt Lake City for the night with no explanation except that my ticket didn’t scan right even though I had an assigned seat and everyone else I was with was able to get on the plane and go home. No one had an explanation for me on why any of this was happening. In the end I got a meal voucher that I couldn’t even use. So thanks delta for the worst flying experience of my life.

Recently, when flying home from Boise, Idaho to Nashville, Tennessee, I had a carry-on of valuable artwork, including a sculpture that was meant to be a gift for my wife along with a coffee mug. The front counter agent said that the bag was fine to carry-on. Then, when I got to the gate, the gate agent made me check in the baggage. In addition to that detail, she wanted me to pay to check it in for $40.00. That woman was a real jerk! I tried to explain to her what the other agent said, and she would not listen! These items are damaged personally because of her! You are worst airline in America when it comes to customer service! Delta could learn a lot from both American Airlines I wish I would never had signed up for my Frequent Flyer miles account with American Express because your company truly has a bunch of employees that obviously do not care about the customers and passengers. The lack of response and action with your social media team is a great example! I also submitted a questionnaire with no response when I asked for a callback. If you can avoid flying Delta, you just should! Go with Southwest! They are a much better company with regards to their customer service! #badcustomerservice #Delta #Airlines #Southwest #Is #Better

Absolute worst airline I've ever flown. Delta employees within the boise airport must share a collective of like 5 braincells. I understand flights get delayed due to things outside the airline control but the fact that no one can give announcements or updates or simply ask if they can help is unbelievable. Save your money. I lost out on a 3 thousand dollar flight and they gave me $45 to spend in the airport for a family of three and a couple nights at a motel. Worst airline company ever. Not a single ounce of urgency from anyone working at delta

I love the seat back screens! It is so convenient and made it really easy to access the movies and games. It was intuitive and helpful. I also loved seeing the flight details (elevation, ground speed, temperature, etc.) I enjoyed the movie selections and played the games with my son. I also appreciated that ear buds were passed out since I didn’t have any. Great job delta. I thought all airlines were pretty much the same, but delta out shone the rest. I am on Delta Flight DL1744 today from BOI to SLC. The worst thing while traveling with a pet happened — my carrier zipper broke. I tried for 20 minutes to get it back together. I went up to the gate agents a little stressed and within a matter of 10 minutes, they called the front, found me another carrier, and had me on my way. THANK YOU is just the beginning of how I feel. I was stressed that I would have to leave the airport, find a pet store, change my flight, etc. THIS is why I always fly Delta. To the sweet woman working the desk this morning, I hope you know how well you do your job. 🤍
