I am writing to express my deep frustration with the experience my family and I had at BNA in Nashville. We were in the Sky Priority line, which had about 100 people, yet only one agent was assisting us — while the regular line, with far fewer passengers, had multiple agents and moved much faster. This caused a significant delay, and we nearly missed our flight despite arriving early. We were traveling with an infant in arms, which made the situation even more stressful and exhausting. When we finally reached the front, we asked an agent — who appeared to be a manager — if she could help move the line along given the circumstances. Her response was dismissive and condescending: “Sir, can you read? I’m not working in the Sky Priority line,” even though she had approached our line moments earlier. Frankly, this is unacceptable. Why should we pay extra every year for Sky Priority if it means being treated worse than regular passengers — especially when traveling with an infant? The value proposition of this service is undermined when your own staff disregards and even insults your premium customers. I hope Delta takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the staffing imbalance and the poor customer service we encountered. Otherwise, I will have to reconsider whether it makes sense to continue paying for a service that provides no benefit and in fact feels like a disregarded benefit. Delayed the flight two hours, then left an hour early without appropriately notifying customers. I showed up an hour early to my flight and was scolded by the gate agents because they posted an incorrect time and did not send out notifications on the app or via text.

absolute garbage of the airline , denied boarding to me and my daughter , and after filing complaint with FFA they reversed and let me board… took me 2 days to sort that mess out… on the way back they put me and my daughter on security risk list and my return trip from Europe turned into a hell … don’t use these clowns if you don’t have to

Moved flight up, we missed boarding by 5 minutes because there were extremely loud alarms going in the airport for 20 plus minutes. Resold my darn seats, delta, your extremely expensive and frankly, you suck!

The customer service was great. I believe his name was Pal..he changed one of my flights so I was able to make it home 5 hrs ahead of schedule. That was great!

Terina @ BNA (Nashville) was AWESOME!!! I'm not a morning person and almost had to catch my bag during a lengthy layover!!! She caught this (and the fact that I already tagged my luggage so she called me over to her lane) and changed my baggage tag to my final destination. She was a happy and helpful surprise blessing to start out my first international trip!! Thanks Terina and Delta!!
