    My checked luggage was damaged while flying Delta. When I inquired, they said there was no record of my luggage being checked in or my boarding history. I kept going back and forth with them because they were always slow to respond, so it took months of back and forth until I contacted Delta in Japan and they immediately found a record of my checked luggage. I emailed them, but they didn't reply. The Japanese client manager in the US had terrible service. I've been flying Delta for years, but now that they've stopped responding, I'm considering switching to another airline. Their service is terrible, so I don't recommend them. My next trip was to Hawaii in business class, but Delta's poor service meant I decided to fly ANA.

    Excellent service from Delta Airline. The hotline guided me through booking quickly and clearly. The flight was pleasant, with friendly staff and efficient service.

    My review is the customer service at the First class desk. Since we switched airlines to Delta this time, we decided to give a try Delta First Class domestic flight during this Memorial weekend. The First class check-in desks were very attentive. As we were in the line to S end our luggage, the agent ignored us and keep talking to each other; they sounded like having a training chat or so. Whatever they were talking to each other the customers in the line. They should stopped and finished us first. Then, we asked if we were able to use the lounge. She, the agent, said to go Concorse A Delta priority lounge. After security and all that done, we found the lounge she told us and tried to check in. But, how embassing at the check-in! We were rejected because we didn't have their approved Americano Express card! Our experience with others airlines allowed us with just a First-class same day ticket customers use their lounges. Also, two of us were flying and there were empty spots but we weren't able to get seats together. So, we simply asked to change our seats together, myself and son. Their explanation did not make any sense. We eneded up fyling separately for almost 6 hours. However, there were a few empty single seats along with single flyers. Again, what's the reason spending such First class cost if we felt so mistreated so unkind & inattentive. We were so going back to the other airline even if we have to give up the mileage.
