Today flight already boarding at 0540 when our family of 3 arrived late at ticket counter with 6 large baggage items, I just knew the baggage was probably already closed. Delta employee Eva to the rescue! Without batting an eye she stated she could get them on, don’t worry I’ve got it! Oh my gosh were we relived! Would have delayed us until midday to get started. Eva had a great smile and friendly attitude too. Thx You Eva!!! Delta Airlines is well served by this employee!

The ticket lady refused to check my baggage because I showed up 43 minutes prior to departure. This is a very small airport and not busy, TRI. Missed my flight and an important meeting because of a “policy” that removes any kind of employee autonomy to make a rational human decision. Really disappointed in how I was treated here.
