So the app, the TV, the baggage claim prompted, and what actually claim spot your luggage goes to doesn't match. And after I waked back and forth twice I found someone who was condescending af. I guess I'm old enough to remember when customer service was pleasant and people had to do their job to get paid

Why do they allow you to plan for a carry on but then force you to check your bag? It's really bad planning by Delta. They do this all the time.. Not cool

It took over an hour after our plane touch the ground to get our baggage. The baggage claims office could only tell me that my baggage was there but they couldn't tell me where. They sent me back and forth between three different Lanes telling me to look there to see if it was there.

I seldom leave bad reviews but Delta Baggage at BNA have earned it. I previously had my luggage delayed by THREE HOURS, and believing it was a fluke I didn't leave a review. Well here I am again, delayed for over an hour with no end in sight while recovering from food poisoning. Thanks for being that ✨special✨ welcome back to the US Delta. I'll do my best to avoid you at all cost next time I come through BNA.
