My first time flying Delta & it was a great experience. My flight from Syracuse to Atlanta there was a screen on the back of the seat in front of me that showed all the pre flight instructions that Flight Attendants usually do in the middle of the aisles. I was given a free set of rest plus for my private viewing/listening pleasure. My entire row did get skipped over for the snack & beverage, though. When the plane landed, wheelchairs were lined up with attendants who had names of the passengers who needed assistance. So personalized. I felt special. The plane into Dallas from Atlanta did not have the screen, but again wheelchair attendants were ready for us. All the staff were very accommodating, friendly & helpful. So far a wonderful experience. The 1 negative is when I estimated my checked baggage fee it was supposed to be free for Sky Miles Members, which I am. When I checked in online, I had to pay a $35 fee. On return trip I will not check my bag online. I will wait until I get to the airport & will ask about it. I was too tired early in the morning to remember to ask about it.

Oldest plane from the 70’s. Seats with holes. No way to charge your phone. Seat back pockets falling off. And no over head storage for delta comfort. I had To gait check my bag with a 15 min layover…on delta so should be feasible; according to them but not when you have to wait for a bag you didn’t plan on checking. Would rather fly spirit than this plane…they look about the same

Flew from Shreveport to Providence Rhode Island and back. I flew with a cat on my departure trip. The planes were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and my checked luggage made the round trip without any problems. Over the last 3 years, I have flown AA, United, and now Delta. I enjoyed the Delta flights the most. Had the nicer planes with TV screens in the bigger flights out of Atlanta. Changing planes in Atlanta is easier then DFW and I was very impressed by the Delta Staff both in flight and at the gates and service desks. I will fly Delta again.

Usually small airports are nice and easy, not this one. Checking in with Delta was like a 3rd world country airport experience. There was only one agent and a long line. I went to the empty sky priority line and was ignored. I moved to the regular line and did my time. A few other people went to sky priority and were also ignored, one lady spoke up and asked if there was sky priority and was told "one line", he could of made that clear at first instead of just letting people languish. Plus why is sky priority ignored here? People earn that status by being loyal to Delta.
