I have been a Southwest loyalist for years. Due to their recent changes, I switched from Southwest to Delta. I booked my first flight from PTI Greensboro to Laguardia in New York City. This was on a regional plane. I booked first class seats due to the amenities it claimed to come with. However on this plane (both to LGA and from LGA) there was NO Wifi, no tvs in the seats, no blankets, no food, nothing. There was no difference between first class on Delta, and main cabin on American Airlines. At least with Southwest they have Wifi. I won't be flying Delta again, I need Internet on a plane.

No luggage lost this go around. The staff was friendly and helpful checking in. The app did pose some issues on the return flight, but staff intervened. The only real issue was the back and forth arrival times and an hour delay on the return flight. More of an issue for my ride home.

I was amazed that I didn't have any problems with anyone bringing a service dog on the plane. Everyone loved it! So I guess you really can't go by all the stories you hear about things like that. As long as you have the right paperwork and the dog is up to date with everything it was no problem at all!! Thank you!
