I really hope someone sees this review and can recognize the Woman working the counter named Madison in Calgary. We were on Flight DL3713 and employees like Madison are what make Delta such an amazing airline. She was so kind and engaged with our little kids to help entertain them while we were going through a stressful check in process. Truly, one of the kindest people I’ve met at Delta and I have been on a lot of flights.

Horrible airline. Dropped us off in Sioux Falls didn't even make it to our connection in MSP told us to rent a car and they would cover it. We did and then they are saying they won't cover it now and we show them the proof. Going to the better business bureau. Can't wait to have to bail them out again.

Booked with Delta and they incorporated us on a WestJet flight. Horrible experience. The airlines clearly do not communicate or have systems in place. The airlines ran us around the airport, wouldn’t check us in and there was no representative at the airport to make arrangements with! Ridiculous.

I booked with Delta, and they put me on a West Jet Flight. It was beyond horrible. I paid for first class and all the planes are under renovation so no first class!! Also, no updates about change of terminal/gate for our flight. We came from a connecting flight via LAX and our time was 1 hour behind. Missed our flight due to terminal/gate change with no notification from West Jet and time change confusion with boarding. Saira at the West Jet guest service desk was rude, abrupt and has no business being in customer service. When I tried to explain the situation about why my flight was missed, instead of helping me, she said "calm down ". I was disgusted with lack of service and respect. She was blaming me for missing the flight and said that I'd have to pay for a new flight even though I bought a priority first class ticket that comes with rebooking prevliges. Do better, West Jet. What a disappointing experience. Don't fly with this company!!

I lost my phone on their flight in October. Filed a lost item report. My phone is being dropped off by FedEx to my house today!! Thanks for searching and reuniting. It was a great process and I really do appreciate it. I would’ve lost half my photos from our vacation.
