Had a safe uneventful flight on Delta. No complaints. Free earbuds if you ask. Decent selection of movies and entertainment.

Our flight was cancelled due to a maintenance issue. But the groud crew especially the gate agent were so helpful and worked so hard to get us on a new flight. Is there a special site to acknowledge one worked by name for his exceptional help?

Was a great flight. Pilot let me sit up in the cockpit during our lay over to see and get a feel of what they see while flying. Don't ever be over timid to ask, you just might get be surprised with the answer. That goes with with anything in life

My flight got delayed 4 times. Tried to use self check in and machine said I need agent assistance to check in. Waited on line, when it was my turn staff were not helpful at all. Both staff workers had nasty attitudes. I don’t know why they come to work if they have such an issue when it’s time to do their job. They would benefit from interpersonal training because they definitely don’t know how to talk to people professionally. Will not be using Delta from here on out.

Hear me delta. You need to BAN carry on luggage, and get rid of overhead bins. If it doesn't fit underneath the seat in front of you, you must check it. Think of the saved time, the saved weight, the saved MONEY, not to mention the aggrevation of watching the bin shuffle chaos. And is there no way to produce a comfortable airplane seat? Your valiant staff is always professional, and I have been happy overall, but summary... no more carryon...bins gotta go, get better seats...and give the flight attendants a raise. Thank you and keep em flyin!!!
