Had one of my worst flying experience ever with delta. Missed connection at an airport that had delays all week due to construction on run ways. And they blamed weather and told me to find an hotel for 24 hours. No accountability for scheduling too many flights at a limited capacity airport! Took 3 hours to find a hotel to sleep due to all the other people that missed flights. They must have ran out of money to cover hotels as other friends had it covered and some how I had to pay myself

I am having the worst experience ever with Delta Airlines. I cannot reserve a ticket online, it keeps on returning me back to the flight booking page after I submit a payment. The same issue with reserving using their mobile app. And they are not taking phone calls, the wait time is always between 4 to 6 hours to get connected with a representative. Tried messaging them through their website, I never got connected to an agent. I lost hope so I had to pay 1.2k to book a flight with United Airlines even though I have 1.1k in credit with this horrendous company. I cannot even find an email to contact them. I will try to get my credit refunded because I don't want to ever fly on this airlines and if I can't get this I will be pursuing legal actions. The worst airlines I have ever dealt with.

I would like to thank Jemar Lee and Mary Gredenkaut of Delta airline in Cedar Rapids ticket counter for their super service! My flight was delayed two hours and they were both so nice and helpful. I fly delta every week for work and Delta has never let me down. These two people booked and found me another flight and helped with my luggage. They were so helpful and friendly that it made me forget about the fact that the delay cost me to miss my Atlanta connection. When I got to Atlanta Delta provided me with a nice hotel at the Hilton and I am now waiting to board my Atlanta connection. My whole experience was very pleasant by the fact that Jemar and Mary treated me with smiles and such friendly service. This means a lot because I flew American airlines and was stranded in Chicago and had to sleep on the floor. Also some of the ticket agents were rude. I'm not saying I've never had good service with American airlines; I'm saying Delta in customer service beats them by far. I am now on my Flight in Atlanta to Toronto, and Elaine Taunton the flight attendant aboard Delta 2259 730am flight going to Toronto, has offered me a larger exit seat and some very friendly helpful suggestions, to help make me more comfortable. This is the main reason that I fly Delta. Great job Jemar, Mary and Elaine...thank you all. :))

Delta Airlines is the best company to fly overseas, we use it every year and the service and price never fails.
