    Effortless Change, Incredible Service I was originally booked to fly from Salt Lake City to LAX, but decided last-minute that a direct flight to Santa Ana (SNA) would work better. I was prepared for a hassle—but Delta made the switch instantly, with zero fees or friction. The process was smooth and easy, even on short notice. The staff were professional, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. It’s rare to find that kind of flexibility with an airline these days, and Delta delivered it flawlessly. Add to that their friendly, top-notch in-flight crew, and you’ve got a 5-star experience from start to finish. Delta continues to raise the bar in customer service. Plus Amex Lounge at SLC is huge!

    Don’t fly this airline if you are a hunter, or 2A supporter. They liberal management canceled rebooked my flight so I would be a day late when I didn’t have my gun double hard cased. Hard case in hard case. When we came back the next day she rescheduled us again because I have a legal service dog and the same liberal said she forgot to add my service dog that helps me because I’m deaf. Last time we flew delta they dropped us off 600 miles from the destination we paid for without a refund. DONT FLY DELTA!!

    I am writing to express my frustration with an experience I had recently with Delta's online services. I was informed that the staff could look up my drink vouchers for my flight. However, when I presented the text from Delta online services to the flight attendant, she appeared confused and was unable to provide a solution. Instead, she wanted to charge me $11 for white wine, but unfortunately, I did not have my cards on me, and cash was not accepted. It's particularly disappointing because I have four drink vouchers that expire next month, and as a Platinum Delta member, I expected a higher level of service. It’s frustrating not to be able to enjoy a glass of white wine during my three-hour flight due to this situation. I hope you can address this issue, as it reflects poorly on the service expected from a valued airline. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I used Delta to ship some animals for my company. Eight out of the 9 arrived deceased. They were in perfect health when they left and the airline negligence resulted in their death. I have filed a claim and they are not responding at all to the claim and I cannot reach anyone in the claims department. It has been a full month since filing the claim with no response from them on if they are even working on the claim at all. I keep getting the run around when I call. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all for any sort of cargo transport or shipping of animals specifically. They do not use care or proper safety when transporting any type of sensitive items.

    The staff was excellent. The ride was smooth and comfortable. My favorite part was they offered headphones and I was able to watch a movie for free! Lol. I haven't traveled in over 7 years. I also loved that my flight was direct. Delta is the only way to go for me!
