Avoid at all cost. Delays on top of delays. We were told last minute that anyone with a trolley has to check in their bags. That is not normal and very unusual. As someone with a connecting flight, I asked for the next steps regarding my bags and none of the workers knew anything. They are awful.

I had a flight from American Airlines that kept delaying and eventually cancelling. The flights for the next day were in question because of a possible storm. The delta ticketing team worked with my American airline ticket and found a way to get us home today. Thanks so much. Very friendly very helpful

The crew that went from Indianapolis to Minneapolis were superb and funny. The airplane was very clean, fresh, new feeling, and working well. Love being one of the members. Was able to upgrade to first class with my points. Water was waiting, had a great cup of coffee and some juice in a real glass to end my flight.

One of the worst experiences of my life while attempting to fly. First off we are running late but make it in time to check in. We get to check in and I found out I left my wallet inside my out van. (Our van was miles away at a car port). As I'm finding this out the smug woman behind the counter starts laughing (this seriously blew my mind). So I ask if it's a custom to laugh at paying customers misfortune. We end up getting back from the car port and run to TSA and then the terminal. We get there right at 1:02pm and we are told we'll need to catch the next flight. Not 1 sorry.. nothing at all. I ask why it's gone, because on my ticket it says 1:05pm. You're gonna tell me check in could not have relayed the info that we were running a tad late? It's just unacceptable. Maybe the women at check in could not laugh and get with the program and say "hey we won't wait on you. You're probably not going to make it". Instead they just laugh. If I could Give a negative star I would. Yes it was my fault I left my wallet inside my van. But do you guys really need to laugh? And then when I bring it up to your "red coat" employee they deny it ever happened. Calling me a liar in front of everyone. I guarantee, if you have cameras, you can rewind the footage and see this woman laughing and then me saying something to her.
