Great new lounge for delta one lounge right after security down the escalator. Delta One passengers only. If you have Virgin Atlantic upper class you are welcome here as well. Still very crowded at 6pm, but by 7pm it was almost empty. Also, unlike other lounges that will admit you only 3 hrs before your flight here they admit you at anytime. This was helpful when our flight was delayed. There is a restaurant that had a “5-45 min wait”. Sign up for the waitlist, we got in 10 mins later. Visited the restroom and got a champagne, cold white Chardonnay, some snacks and we got texted the table was ready before we sat down to wait. We got the mussels, steak and souffle. The portions were small but totally filled at the end. The waitress would asked if you have the time before your flight and if you're hungry. If you're hungry they would suggest pairing your appetizer or main entrance with something additional. Be sure to signup for the massage chair. It's completely enclosed with relaxing rain drop sounds vand felt like a ride than a regular massage chair you see in a mall. The massage chairs are in the back along with lots of secluded seats to avoid the crowds in the front near the restaurant and bar. There are staff walking around to ask you if you want a drink back here, so no waiting at the bar is necessary. Everything is included and everyone that you meet was so nice and always asking if you need anything. No tipping is expected by any staff.

No proper start with this airline. At the desk, the staff seemed more interested in marking the exact time I arrived than actually helping me. They don’t even offer early check-in. The flight connections are also a mess nothing shows properly on the screen, so you have to figure everything out yourself, going from desk to desk. I arrived about 70 minutes before my flight, and instead of assisting me, the desk agent was rude asking why I left. I needed to check in again, they don’t event check me through so ther mixing airline services are terrible if you go to china or their mix airlines, at the moment I have get that problem. The woman next to him wasn’t any better she looked like she hated her job and tossed my bag as if it were garbage. Definitely nothing compared to Japan, where the service is excellent regardless of price. Here, even though it may be cheap, the service is worse than expected.

The luggage check-in staff were extremely rude and had no customer service skills. However, the lady at the gate upgraded my seat at no charge and was very helpful in keeping everyone informed about the delayed flight.

I wish to draw the attention of Delta Air Lines' valued clients to the concerning anger management issues and hostility exhibited by Kat Schiller, an international flight attendant. During my recent encounter with Kat Schiller in New York, I was subjected to Kat's unprofessional and distressing conduct. Her vindictive behavior not only tarnished my experience but also resulted in substantial financial loses for me. I hope Delta addresses these concerns to ensure a better experience for all passengers.

Another airline biting the dust. Their computer system was glitched and the employee at the counter was unwilling to help me re-add my PreCheck number into my ticket to ease my security processing. Afterward, their supervisor denied any complimentary compensation for the inconvenience and blamed it (rather rudely) on the government. Coming from flying JetBlue and American twice in the past week, having to deal with some attitude more proper of a 12-year old and poor customer care made them feel like night and day. Escalated to Customer Relations; won’t bring a single dollar more out of my own pocket to this airline until they fix their hiring.
