Just flew Delta Atlanta to New orleans. It was a nightmare. The flight was HOT. The air barely moved. And being in an economy middle seat... torture. I realize they want to park us in like sardines but if you dont want angry passengers bickering, make room. The person in fromlnt of me kept trying to lean her seat back more but my knees were there so she just pushed and pushed against my knees the whole flight. This was a small lady not over 5 foot 5, and I asked her to not recline as my knees were digging in so bad. And she rolled her eyes and just pushed back against my knees again. This added to no ac made it miserable. I dont usually consider myself claustrophobic but I certainly was the whole flight. By far the worst flight ive had in a while and I fly at least 4 trips a year.

BEWARE!!!! If you're unaware, as we were, they charge $60 for carry-ons. That is as much as checked luggage elsewhere. Did not know this until 12 minutes prior to our flight. Sneaky sneaky....

One worker and 30 people in line. Been waiting for 30 minutes on one person. How about hiring enough people to do the job!

Delta is our go to airlines. We never ever have had an issue with Delta Airlines. They are helpful, courteous, and mostly on-time.

I have been a loyal Diamond Medallion member and Delta clearly does not value my business or me as a customer. They continue to forget my meals on flights. This is my 3rd flight in a row where the food was left off. The response from the Delta supervisors was illogical as they informed me that since they continue to make the same mistake, they cannot further compensate me. They are basically punishing me for their continued mistakes. I will be moving both my Delta business credit cards as well as my personal cards to an airlines that values their customers. I have also spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue unsuccessfully. I have done everything Delta has asked and they continue to repeat the same mistake.
