There is nothing wrong with making a hotel your residence. Just let your customers know. Grills under the tree . Bikes on the stairs. Chairs in front of rooms. None of this on the picture you post for sales. Great location though but this is a residential facility.

The rooms are filled with mold! We pulled in at 11 o’clock and the entire hotel is completely empty. Which is very strange because all the neighboring hotels are sold out. Now I understand why.

This place is really gross. There’s mold everywhere, even on the pillows. We were denied clean towels despite there being blood on one of the ones left in our room. The AC throughout the night kept shutting off making it sweltering. They advertise “very good breakfast options” when in reality it’s just waffles, apples, bagels, and burnt sausage. When I spoke with the manager, he said he could offer a $7 discount. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Upon check in at 11pm the lobby smelled, the ceiling tiles are falling apart and water logged, there was a food warmer with disgusting dried food in it, I was told a $100.00 deposit would be held I checked my master card and I was charged $200.07usd. This was verified by capital one master card and he said it was not a hold but indeed a charge. The waffle batter was spoiled and looked grey, the milk jug had no handle no lid and was left open and uncovered, The room was deplorable: the windows are filthy, the couches has large and small staining the chair was peeling the table had many large gouges and scratches and looked like it was picked up in the side of the road, the microwave had dried up stuff on the I side surface, there was no hot water, the bathtub tap was leaking a stream all night and the towel had stains. The place felt and is grimy.

The staff was helpful, but the hotel needs an upgrade desperately! The pool is very nice and relaxing. I really wish that we had a mini refrigerator that worked and there was a washer and dryer available to use.
