πππππROLLWYNπππππprovided outstanding service as our room steward during our first family cruise. He was attentive and creative, consistently folding towels into various animal shapes, which we truly appreciated. Regarding the 5-night Western Caribbean cruise, I was disappointed by the additional charges for amenities such as towels and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. While I understand the need for these charges, it felt excessive if you do not purchase a package. Additionally, the elevator situation during embarkation and disembarkation was challenging, as the limited availability caused significant delays for guests. It would be helpful if service elevators were made available during these peak times. Based on this experience, we do not plan to cruise again.

It's a nightmare to get in and out of this cruise port first of all with only a tunnel to handle all the traffic coming and going from here weekly, you would think they have a better system in place. When you get to the terminal AA, it is shared with MSC which is also very confusing. Once you get inside the terminal, chaos ensues. Everyone is in one of about 20 lines trying to get their IDs confirmed. Some have passports, others have just birth certificates which result in longer processing. Then if you're lucky enough to get behind a large party (25 in our case spread among 3 lines) and they don't have the correct paperwork and have to figure out who's paperwork goes with whom, it causes an even longer delay. Once you finally get through that line, you are directed to one of about 15 security lines that kinda function like an airport and hope that the machine you pass through works, ( ours turned red as I passed through, was asked to go through again only for it to stay red and then had to to back and wait about 5 minutes, not an exaggeration, for the scanner to reset so I could pass through again. After all that, you still have to walk about another mile to actually board the ship. Disembarking is a bigger nightmare. Other cruises were never that frustrating and this includes two previous cruises with RC out of the Terminal A where everything is very easy and streamlined. The AA terminal needs a major overhaul.

Was fairly easy to find for our cruise. Plenty of spaces, and everything was labeled clearly so there is little to no confusion when boarding and leaving your ship. Staff was nice and friendly and kept everything clean and welcoming.

Boarded the Icon OTS here for a one week cruise. Pretty chaotic as you can imagine. Got told by the luggage handler that we HAD to give a tip to his colleague, which we were prepared for. Terminal was well organised. Staff were efficient & the booking in process was swift. We were on the ship within 45 minutes. Impressive.

The terminal is modern and has a lot of helpful staff. I recently took my first cruise on the Wonder of the Seas, and I had a wonderful time. Massive, modern, well maintained and always found something new and amazing with every door that opened. The restaurants were incredible, with excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Every show we went to was top-quality. The people working there are very attentive and kind. This cruise exceeded all my expectations and definitely left me wanting more time in the sea.
