Finding out about Chilly Breeze and Bobby was like finding gold ! I called to schedule an appointment and was given a time and date. About 10 minutes later Bobby called me and asked if I wanted him to come by now. Of course I said yes! Bobby was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He gave me a price to replace a 3 ton condenser. I asked how soon he could do it, and he said tomorrow if that was okay. Needless to say, I have a new condenser installed. I got a price for changing out my old, old 3 1/2 ton , the whole system and the price was very reasonable so next week when I get back from vacation, Chilly Breeze will be installing not only a new 3 1/2 unit but new furnace and a complete change out up in the attic. I also am having them replace the furnace and coil for the 3 ton unit installed today. I am so pleased to have connected with this company. Thanks Billy!

I have had Bobby come out and service my house several times in the last few years, he is honest and always gets the job done. He is always quick to reply to a message and very punctual. I would suggest anyone who needs AC help to get in touch with him.

We have used Bobby with Chilly Breeze for 3 air conditioners for our rental houses in the last 2 years. Bobby gives absolutely great service, great recommendations for what needs to be done and does what he says he will do. He goes above and beyond on his work and does a thorough job, including clean up both inside and out. Most important to me, he communicates if he is running late, etc. You wont be disappointed.

Our AC stopped working Sunday night and I contacted him that night. Bobby was able to come Monday morning to diagnose the issue. I was initially thinking the whole unit needed to be replaced but he was able to switch out a capacitor and everything was fixed promptly. He is very professional and courteous in his interactions. It's hard to find honest people in this day and age but he is not only knowledgeable, but also very trustworthy. Bobby is the only AC guy I will use, and would highly recommend him to anyone. 10/10.
