The receptionist Michellene Joseph provided outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional from the moment we arrived. Our check-in was smooth and fast because of her efficiency. She welcomed us with genuine kindness and even coordinated an early breakfast for us, something we truly appreciated. It’s not every day that you meet someone so dedicated and thoughtful. Thank you, Michellene, for delivering such exceptional front-desk service.

Very clean, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. Second time staying here, will definitely come back. Price is very reasonable. Right off a major road so easy to get to shops, doctor appointments and the beach.

First off upon checking in I was told she as not supposed to have allowed me to check in because locals are not allowed due bad experiences then I was questioned if I was going to leave my kids in the room by them selves. the young lady at the front desk seen me walk back out to my car to get my personal belongings. As I said to her why would I leave my kids unattended my oldest is 18 youngest is 15 well mannered children. I said to the young lady I do not do things like that. At this point I was being stereo typed because of others. Yes I’m a Black women but all black people do not behave like that. What ever this hotel experienced there faulting locals for it. So locals are not allowed to book through them. Third I get a call today on Nov16,2025 getting question about a missing pillow when I checked in there were only two pillows on one bed and three on the other bed. I’m now getting accused of that. I will be filling a complaint against this hotel

UPDATE: Second trip & stay @ this hotel. Basically same review but this room we got this time didn't smell like mildew but the sink was still clogged. The hotel is good for 1 or 2 night stay it's perfect. It has everything you need but I would recommend to they get rid of that carpet in the rooms because it smelled like mildew. Also the drains in the sink need to be clean so the water flows when you're using the sink. Other than that, it was good. I would stay here again in the future if need be.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and nice. The staff was friendly, efficient and made sure the room was ready and up to par. (I loved that staff assisted with breakfast and kept the area clean and organized. They didn't just let everyone handle food items and be wasteful.) The property was well kept and clean. We will definitely return and stay here on our next visit!
