I went for Umrah with my uncle and aunty and stayed at Snood Ajayad Hotel BAKHLA TOURS AND TRAVELS . I will give this hotel a 5 star rating. I liked the food quality here very good and the rooms were also very nice. The sound of Azaan used to come 6 times and there is also a mosque inside this hotel. It is very beautiful for males and females. Masha Allah🕋🤲 very close to haram sharif walking only 5 min to haram shareef ❤️🕋❤️ And here we get food totally like ours in India and the management of the Yaja is very good, very helpful, everything is very good, in this hotel only the housekeeping service is not daily, it is once in 3 days, otherwise everything is very good. Specially thanks to Wasim bhai😊 who looks after the management there and along with him is Imteyaz bhai who got us to do Umrah and Ziyaratein, Alhamdulillah, thank you very much to all the hotel staff, Jazakallahkhair🤲🕋🤲 & keep carry your towel please & madina hotel is ODST AL MADINA there is at very neet and clean hotel and walking to haram 2 min only there is a The management of Odst Al Madina hotel and the servant staff and housekeeping service are very good and I liked the daily house keeping laundry service very much. I recently completed my Umrah journey from the 15th to the 29th, and I had an outstanding experience with Bakla Tours & Travels. From the very beginning, they provided excellent service, especially for us as three ladies travelling together. When we faced difficulty with our luggage, he personally visited our hotel and arranged staff to ensure all our luggage was safely transferred. His kindness and hospitality meant a lot to us. The hotels provided were excellent: • Pullman Zamzam, Makkah – with a wonderful Haram view • Mövenpick, Madinah – also close to Haram with a beautiful view Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to the Holy Mosques. Overall, Bakla Tours & Travels exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, prompt support, and genuine care. I highly recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah. The staff in Makkah - Mr Wasimbhai & Imtiyazbhai and Madinah - Mr Farhanbhai & Mikdadbhai and staff in Mumbai – Mr Imran Maya were courteous, helpful, and ensured that our Umrah rituals were performed smoothly. Although there was a minor issue at the Jeddah airport regarding taxi arrangements, which resulted in a brief wait, it was an isolated incident and didn't detract from the overall experience.
