Every time we fly with Azul from and to Fort Lauderdale to Viracopos and Florianopolis our luggage are damaged, Terrible care with costumers belongs. If you make a complain they only offered $100 in vouch so they can damaged your luggage again. Terrible management!!

May 13 we had the worst experience using Fort Lauderdale Airport ... no conection thru other terminals weather protected and terminal with no food options and staff, Azul and Airport, not at all ready for emergency situations like floot.. After one strong rain and the airport was 100% caotic. Azul abandoned all passangers with poor communication and any information or help.Took us 2 days, at our expenses, ho, food and transport. Total frustation... FLL and Azul, never more...

Hi Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras I am waiting for a refund since February and your customer service is unable to provide a contact number outside brazil or US. Please can someone contact me with a free phone number or sn email that actually works as soon as possible? You were quick yo charge me but not to issue the refund!!! Thanks

They bumped me to the next flight without sending any message. Offered R$300 as compensation. Airport staff could not get me the voucher. Azul never answered the email I sent at the suggestion of the airport staff. You can keep your R$300 -- you lost a lot more when you lost me as a regular customer.

Azul Airlines is the only Brazilian airline that flies from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando to different cities in Brazil. As with any airline industry, there were times when we had problems with delays and technical issues, but overall, they are a good airline, and we had a good experience flying with them.
