Well this is interesting? 7:48am and no employees are at the check in counter. Flight leaves at 9am. Holy moly 8:05 and someone just showed up. 20 people here waiting to check in. Not a good way to start your vacation...stressed out! Time for a P.S., they don't have any tags available to print out for your bags. Another delay. Two more employees showed up.

Thursday, June 19 2025 Dear American Airlines Lubbock Regarding to the checked baggage, firstly they told me it would cost $800 each luggage, but later they said it was $400 per luggage. I am very dissatisfied with their attitude because they were disrespectful, spoke badly, and treated their customers with contempt, as if they were discriminating against us based on our skin color or race. And also for the wheel chair service, I’m regret having the videos to show you guys the unfair in what they do. Because we go for three but the one who go after, they serve before us and we have to wait for a long time. That ‘s very unfair.

Don't fly AA. Took my family on a flight from DFW to DEN, First Class, and they gave us water and a bag of chips. CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW STINGY they need to be to charge us a that money and not even a meal? Unbelievable.

There was a jar of pickles in my luggage. When I was checking in the bag, I told them to put a sticker on it because there was something that could break. They said they didn’t have any stickers and still loaded my luggage. That jar broke, and everything inside my bag is completely ruined. And all they keep saying is “sorry, sorry, sorry.” I don’t need your sorry — your company is huge and yet so stupid!
