Excellent Experience with Alamo Car Rental in Orlando! I highly recommend Alamo Car Rentals for anyone visiting Orlando, Florida. My 2-day rental experience was outstanding! Speedy Service: Pickup and drop-off were incredibly quick and hassle-free. The whole process was efficient, which is a huge plus after travelling. Top-Notch Vehicle: The car was clean, modern, and reliable, making my travels around Orlando very comfortable. Great Value: I received a competitive rate with no unexpected charges, offering excellent value for money. Alamo made my trip smooth and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Easy to collect after a long flight. Helpful staff and great choice of cars. Only company at MCO that don’t try and sting you to upgrade your car pretending they didn’t know you’d already paid the upgrade in the UK 🇬🇧) I’d never use any one else other than Alamo. Drop off was an absolute breeze with the nicest staff. Just superb.

Perfect car for us, loved driving the Hyundai Pacifica. Pick up & drop off was very easy, we were directed to pick up a toll pass instead of being upsold their own toll daily rate ( so glad) . Was mistakenly told we needed to prepay for fuel so we could bring it back empty, turned out we had already paid for that. Easily rectified by a supervisor at drop-off & money being credited back to my card x

Our family trip to Disney World started off great when we rented our luxury SUV from Alamo. The car was clean and well appointed. And of course it was large enough for 7 of us, all of our luggage, 2 car seats and a double stroller! The check-in process was so simple. I used the kiosk and answered the applicable questions, then scanned my credit card. Took receipt to garage and I got to choose which brand of car to drive. Drop off was equally as seamless. I’ll be back!

Orlando International Airport Florida Alamo Car Rental. Nissan Rogue. Easy to find. Select your car. Then a warning message appears on the dash stating car key battery low. Nobody to speak with until exiting the rentals gate. Thereafter took some time for the supervisor to change the battery. Supervisor was lovely, the guy we first encountered either hates his job or hates people… or both! Miserable grump, verging on ignorant/rude. Onwards. The car was ideal for 2 adults and a toddler. No screen wash, not a drama. The only concerning fault was the seatbelt warning light would stay on after you buckled up, go off after you released then re-secured. Return at Orlando is a farce. Terminal C is poorly signposted. So follow lanes for B then veer off. This is where you’ll have your Florida accident. Driving standards are shocking and this convoluted route to return the car will definitely see people involved in collisions. Alamo at Melbourne Airport Florida is the best I’ve encountered.
