Our tankless water heater was replaced yesterday (next day service!) by Pierce R. What a friendly and professional guy. Pierce was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained, step-by-step, about the rather complex installation. He constructed a very solid, raised platform and added important amendments for draining and exhaust. I have lived a long time and appreciate someone who treats me like I’m capable of understanding technical issues (I am). I appreciate Pierce’s methodical, careful work and he will most certainly be our plumber on call from now on!

Daniel Prado did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and patient while working on my home. Was very friendly and personable. If I ever have an electrical problem again, I would trust Daniel to handle any issue. They should give this guy a raise. I will be using Air Tech of Houston for any future projects.

I just upgraded from Nest gen 1 to Nest Gen 4 based on Google no longer supporting the older units. I had Jay provide a quote and installation at the same time. The work was done quickly and the new units are online. I highly recommend Jay as he explained every step and ensured the units were connected to my WiFi.

Stephen not only solved the problem quickly, but he also explained all my payment options, making the process smooth and stress-free. His detailed follow-up showed a level of customer service that went above and beyond. Editing my review to tell the truth. Matthew came by to discuss the whole house generator, we wanted to move forward with it. We planned for it to be on the side of the house out of the way. The generator was delivered and set on top of the pad with rocks. Several months later after calls to the city and calls to Airtech we finally get a response. August 8th we have the electrician and gas guy come and do what they're supposed to. The gas guy cut our fiber line and said absolutely nothing to us. We had to call AT&T to come and fix it immediately as I work from home. They then determined that the generator can't even go where we've been planning to place it. So now it has to go across the entire yard near the back of the garage on a 6ft stand. August 13th they removed the electric and gas and put the generator in the middle of my yard. While leaving the hole for the gas line....They did the concrete pad sometime between that day and August 22nd some random man shows up at my house claiming he is fixing something. He had no clue what was going on, and said Airtech hired him to come fix something. He was at my house for maybe 2 minutes to literally just removed the frame to the concrete pad, which we could've honestly done ourselves. August 27th I called wondering what is going on. My spouse tried to call the manager that we've been dealing with, he claims he got fired. I was supposed to get a call back yesterday, nothing. Once again called today and they said they'd call me back. We will see. Needless to say, DO NOT get a generator from this company. They maybe good with other services but absolutely not a generator. I've attached the photos of how my yard has been left. The rocks are still where the original location was supposed to be as well. The concrete people also used our hose and never put it back, it was left across the entire yard. IMO that's unprofessional. Disappointing to say the least. Only one's that seem to be doing an acceptable job are Keith and Matthew.
