The worst experience. They not only left 1 of our 3 pieces of luggage at CDG but when it did arrive at BOS, it was destroyed. They broke everything in the bag and left it in tatters. We spent 2+ hours at the counter trying to locate our bag until to discover it wouldn’t arrive for another 24 hours. Then when it did arrive we were told we had to go pick it up. When we went to pick it up we waited for over 30 minutes while they “attempted to locate it”.

Broke two (two!) suitcases and refused to provide compensation. I provided pictures, descriptions, etc but they just demanded more and more documentation that doesn’t exist. “Provide a repair quote from a suitcase repair shop.” Those exist?

Absolute nightmare experience trying to reschedule tickets with Air France. Buyer Beware. The company's tactics border on deliberate misinformation and outright scamming. I will try once more to pursue a resolution then contacting the Better Business Bureau. Never again will I use this airline.

This has to be one of the worst airlines in terms of customer service BEFORE and AFTER you fly. On the plane; they’re great. Very kind and gracious. Too much effort was put into the air and not enough on the ground; where their customers actually spend the majority of the time. I flew Air France. I flew Business Class. But not again.

They're responsible for the death of someone's pet. Do not use their airline. They didn't care about the animal cruelty and the pain the dog endured due to their conveyor belt malfunctioning. The dog was crushed. Alive for most of it. They showed 0 compassion or care to the dog and their owner. Do you really want to support them? Book with a different airline. Especially if you're flying with your pets.
