If I could give a zero star. I would certainly will do. Imagine paid your ticket that includes a carry on. And that carry on gets to be put under the plane. Also not giving you a hot meal. That’s included in your ticket.carry on goes missing, no food, just a soda. Luggage damaged. Overall experience with delta ,Aeromexico collab is horrible.

I was told I wouldn’t be able to board if I didn’t check in my carryover last minute. In my experience, your luggage is waaay more likely to end up in another airport this way (3/4 times in my experience unfortunately). The lack of planning and enforcement of carryon sizes is unfortunate. I wasn’t given any sort of upgrade or accommodation for the extra risk or assurances in writing that my luggage would be there when we arrived after layover. Hate when this happened and it really lessens the experience worrying if I’m going half my vacation with only 1 set of clothes and my valuables who knows where

I recently flew with Aeromexico for the first time with my husband and 4 year old son, and we had an exceptional experience. From checking in to landing, the customer service was top-notch. The flight attendants were attentive and kind. We were incredibly surprised by the meal we got when we were expecting just a snack. It consisted of yogurt, fruit cocktail, eggs with bacon and vegetables, or waffles, accompanied by a drink and bread. On our return flight, we enjoyed a satisfying pasta dinner meal. The flight entertainment system was also impressive, offering a wide selection of new movies, TV series, cartoons, and music. We appreciated the free earphones, which allowed us to enjoy the entertainment options without disturbance. The aircraft's cleanliness was notable, with spotless bathrooms and a well maintained cabin. Overall, our experience with Aeromexico was outstanding, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We look forward to flying with them again in the future.

I will not recommend aeromexico, They're clasist. The workers need training for know how treat customers respectful. I skip this airline all the time since I have a bad experience whit them .

Customer service was unacceptable. Not only were our seats changed last minute but the boarding team caused an embarrassing moment for me and my family as they were called to move us out of our paid and selected seats. They spoke over us in a rude manner when we were simply trying to explain that we were not notified of our seat change. I wish it stopped there but I need to express my disgust at the disrespectful behavior towards the elderly as they clearly needed help reaching their above seat storage and NONE of the flight attendants assisted as they were mushing a service cart at them telling them to move out of the way in a condescending tone. Retraining is needed and a reminder to male employees to treat women with respect. Everyone talks about the food, it’s basically hospital food, coffee is more water than anything.
