Went here for help with a Chinese Visa application. It turns out that the Chinese embassy hosts an old version of the Visa application on their website. They gave me the correct forms and instructions on how to fill them out. Service was great, prompt, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if you need a Chinese Visa, got my Visa approved in a week with no hassle.

Literally if there’s minus star, that’s what I would rank. Last September (2020) one of the workers, Ting Ting booked round trip ticket from LAX to Taipei, return flight originally for Nov, 2020 was canceled by me with Eva Air Taipei office. In April, planning to return US thus I need help from her, she wasn’t helpful at all, giving excuses she can’t find my ticket in their company computer system, the excuse on why the record was purged demonstrated irresponsible excuses, which simply making no sense, regardless the ticket number remains the same in EvaAir system, I’m sure she has authorized access to it. Talking with other travel biz, the story became clear to me, it is because there is simply NO profit for 198 Travel for booking this type of tickets since it’s not new ticket, that’s why they don’t want to bother at all. Very poor customer service…. Chinese community in Irvine is very small, shortsighted service like such will not bring any benefits to the growth of your company, selfishness will not serve yourself in the end.

I called the office politely to ask a general question after purchasing the ticket from them. The senior lady who answered my call is very rude and had no patience. The worse service I have ever seen. Will give negative rating if i could.
