Worst customer service. No one cares. Booked next cruise on the ship with Royal Caribbean agent. But WTH took booking over without my knowledge. Apparently if you booked with WTH before, they have automatic rights to all your next bookings. Rebekkah Morris charged my credit card on file for insurance without my consent. But she did refund the insurance once I canceled my booking. However, WTH has really screwed up my Royal Caribbean refund. Cannot get a hold of Rebekkah anymore. The first two agents did not remove the penalty. 4 phone calls later, wasted countless hours, talked to several WTH agents that are either too lazy and/or have no clue … 2.5 months later and still no refund. I definitely don’t want these people to have anything to do with my future bookings. Need to figure out how to stop their exclusivity over my next booking. Anyone know how?

Absolutely the worst Customer Service for a travel company. I contacted the travel agent Nathan Thomason concerning a cruise booked with him where we requested an unobstructed view cabin on an Alaskan cruise and received an obstructed view cabin when starting our cruise. He failed to respond to 3 emails and 2 phone calls concerning this issue. I then contacted Customer Service Manager Tamika Belton concerning Mr. Thomason and she did not respond for 3 weeks. Contacted her again and she stated in an email that she would call me. Supplied her my phone number and time to call and its been a week and still waiting. Seems that once they have your money, they could care less about Customer Service. Both employees would not be retained by a reputable company.

This is an extremely deceptive company. I called to book a cruise for my family of four. I got Ms. Brenda Robinson on the line I told her I found cruise on Celebrity cruise. I requested that Ms. Robinson purchase tickets for my husband, two teenage sons, and myself on the Celebrity Equinox. I told her this was our first cruise. My requirement was to have an adjoining cabin preferable with one veranda. One of my sons might suffer from motion-sickness. We need a quiet location, mid-ship. I explained to Ms. Robinson we didn't drink hard alcohol but needed a non-alcohol beverage package and internet service. Ms. Robinson totally deceived and misleading me. She books the cabins directly below a casino, one cabin down from plaza, across from galleries, and a restaurant. Beside my cabin is a public restroom, staircase, walkway an elevator. While across from our room is distance is the theater. She didn't explain to me beside our cabin is a bar, shore excursions and the ship administrative services. She then sells me a full alcoholic beverage and basic Wi-Fi. I spoke to another customer service Ms. Jimenez who guide me to a deck-plan. Ms. Robinson did not tell me a deck plan exist. When I call and spoke to her supervisor Ms. West I she was very disrespectful, pushy, and eventually hung up the phone in my face while I am still speaking. Her supervisor tries to up-sell comparable cabin in a new location using pressure tactics. Ms. West adapted a nastiness tone to her voice when addressing me practically screaming at me because I said No, I was not going to give her access to my credit card. I asked her why she was so angry. She told me she spends a lot of time calling Celerity Cruise line for me, as to say she was doing me a favor and I am a problem. The Impression I get from Ms. West conversation and communication is I should take the cabin shut up and go away. Worse their customer service is a liar. This is an all-around horrible experience for me and my family. I have request that they cancel the cruise several time and Ms. West refused. Please do not used this company they are fraudulent and take no responsibility, worst they are dishonest, and used predatory sales practices. I will never do business with this company again

I hate negative reviews because they seem so one sided. Then I had this experience with WTH (BJ's Travel). WOW! Booked 2 cabins over the phone with an agent Terry S. was quoted a combined $175.00 in BJ's gift cards and a combined $350.00 in On Board Credits (OBC). "Book it!" Got the confirmations back in an email and they didn't match. OBC's were only $200.00, $150.00 less than quoted. Gift Cards were actually correct. Unfortunately my agent went on a medical leave soon after the reservation and after 6 weeks of calls and emails I finally got someone on the phone. The CSR on the phone couldn't do anything so I asked to speak with a supervisor. Unfortunately (for the CSR) the supervisor was to afraid to get on the phone and used the CSR as the in-between. (in the end I did send her an email apologizing the she had to take the phone call and that her supervisor would not get on the phone). That call ended with me accepting the new totals, $200.00 in OBC's and $175.00 gift cards. So here we are a year after that call, almost to the day 5/5/16 and today 5/3/2017, 8 weeks after the cruise, gift cards should be issued in 4-6 weeks we are told. I received 2 $25.00 gift cards, one for each booking, called again and was told there will be no additional gift cards issued. I again asked to speak to a supervisor, this time I was able to speak to someone. Unfortunately they said we can't issue you any gift cards after the fact, even when she can see in all their notes that I was told to expect another $125.00 in gift card on a call on April 3rd, 2017. So in the end I was shorted, $150.00 in OBC's, originally quoted, and now another $125.00 in Gift cards. For a total of $275.00 shorted on a reservation. Their resolution was to issue $125.00 in WTH credits that I can use on a future vacation, still $150.00 less than my original quote. Why would I want to book with them again!?

I would not recommend using them to book your travel. Their agents are very pleasant but not informed; they booked us under the wrong cabin category and weren't aware that we would be locked in with no changes allowed. They apologized but offered no solutions to fix their error. Any changes would require an additional fee to them and the loss of deposit to the cruise company. If you do call them, ask for advice, read the materials but don't let them book you directly.
