I purchased my ticket to Iran from San Francisco. I paid good money for my comfort and paid extra for my seat first the ticket was wrong and they didn’t assign any seat no email no news from them regarding my trip. I was so disappointed with them. They don’t even deserve one star. I will never deal with them again and I didn’t check with my friends. They told me they had the same experience with them. No more reserves ticket with them.

Have used their services every now and then with usually a good experience. They can be 5 star if their problem-solving and troubleshooting get better. My partner had to deal with the airline for a flight cancelation refund, and of course, they had to go through the booking agency! It was not easy at all for getting clear answers from the agency!! It was shocking to deal with the lady agent, who became very unpleasant and unreasonable! Interestingly, we resolved it through the airline directly after some time, and it proved that the agent was absolutely wrong! This happened once, and we are giving the agency as a whole the benefit of the doubt for their overall good service history and not for one incident and one person. They apparently have been in this business for a very long time, which should mean that they're good in what they do. Well, we'll see. ✈️

Purchased nonstop tickets, they delivered one stop. They downgrade my ticket to gain more profit. Non trustworthy agents. Don’t recommend.
