Don’t use this agency is my advice. They sold me two tickets for the Arte Museum at about 3pm and indicated the tickets would be useable until 9pm. We showed up at 5pm and the venue had a big sign outside saying it’s closed early. I drove my 80 years old mom there for her birthday. I called Vegas.com and they refused to refund my money and said they needed verification that the venue was in fact closed for a private party. I called the next evening and they verified the venue was indeed closed but they claimed they had to verify I had not in fact used the tickets. They were not accommodating and have not refunded me the money at this point still. If there was a 0 star rating, they would get one. Most of us are understanding of small mistakes but when a customer is not treated fairly for problems cause, it’s not a mistake, it’s condescending to customers and creates a lack of trust in the brand equity of Vegas.com. Steer clear.

I was 30 minutes late to my show and asked customer service if I could change the date of my show or get a refund, and they said yes and will contact me the next day. But they denied my request the second day and said we cannot get a refund. I could have went in and watched the last 60 minutes of my show, but because of their false "promise" I did not. I am very disappointed.it’s awful and terrible. Never usually this company at all .

Very long hold times (40-60 minutes). Booked a canyon flight tour three days out, they called next day to say it was cancelled by the operator, changed us to the morning, then never provided details in an email. Called, found out we were never confirmed for the rebooking, we were out of luck. They did refund quickly (as if that took much work on their part) but the tour was one of two things my wife really wanted to do on this trip...so not impressed and won't ever use them again or recommend them.

I have continually called and emailed since not receiving my refund for tickets to a show that was cancelled, due to COVID-19, last April. I have NEVER received a response aside from an Email last May saying that it could be up to 30 more days for my refund to be received, which I assume they sent to everyone in my situation. Absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews, I can't believe they're getting away with scamming all of these customers.
