I did a Google search to find a local travel agency to help me set up a last minute vacation. I've never used a travel agency before, but we wanted to visit a few areas along the East Coast that I was unfamiliar with and needed assistance booking flights and high quality accommodations. I read positive reviews about Vacations in Paradise and contacted Michelle Taylor. She helped me set up a trip to visit family and do some sightseeing. After she finalized all our plans and payments, the next morning the news reported that a huge storm was going to negatively impact our vacation. She worked quickly to help us cancel everything we had just booked and find a new vacation destination for us, all within a few days of us trying to leave. Michelle was very patient with all of my questions and concerns, kind and informative. She gave me wonderful choices of hotels once we narrowed our new plans to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We have never been to that part of Mexico before and she efficiently set up our flights, round trip airport transfers and a LOVELY boutique hotel for us. All we needed to do was pack our clothes and passports and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing vacation! She dedicated countless hours on the phone with us to truly understand our needs and what would work best for our family, including our two kids.
