Incompetent staff and very poor customer service. Would highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want stress and having to chase these people for what you paid for. For Nadra services, 100% would recommend visiting the Pakistan Embassy over these scammers, much cheaper, way better service, no silly additional fees like this place. Would be zero stars if possible for a review
