I had Alexandra and Cristina helping me get flight tickets. Alexandra answer phone calls at midnight, and has the patience to look out for you. Has been almost 9 years that I just call her if tickets are needed. She is trustworthy and honest. Highly recommended her agency. She does everything over the phone.

Amazing person!! Alexandra loves her clients and puts her work above everything. Not only does she try to make her clients traveling easy, but she finds the best and cheapest tickets out there. I’ve seen her work ethic many times and it’s truly impeccable seeing one of the best work. 100/10 rating.

Alexandra is so unprofessional she did NOTHING!! to help my 21 family members we booked months prior for good rates unfortunately the airline canceled all flights and she never reported to us we found out about cancelations through other mediums.She blamed the airlines for cancelations. When technically her egency is also responsible for assuring that customers must be accommodate on a different flight. She was offering me a much higher rate than what I found on line Nonstop. She is very nasty and gets defensive when asking her for accommodation at the same rates...when is her responsibility!...I DONT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL...unless you want this type of nasty service...The lady washes her hands with excuses. Careless for customer service always leaves customers on hold, and puts clients on a string after all.

Simply the best! Alexandra will try her best to find you cheap tickets. She might not answer you right away (busy with other customers) but she always calls you back.

This people deserve -5 stars! They are a bunch of thiefs!I requested a group reservaron months in advance and the day I went to get all the tickets the dates were all wrong!!! I had to keep coming back and forth for a week and a half to make sure they will get the group seats so that we could travel on time. On the last day before the travel date (10/19/17) Alexandra became very rude and disrespectful. She even threaten to closed the agency and told me to figure it out myself and that if I wanted to I could even bring her to court. Anyways, long story short, after printing the 13 tickets that were missing from a total of 40 requested, she asked me for a balance of $23,000! She tried to charged $250 extra on each ticket that was originally told $340! We canceled the trip, sad story to our member for the marching band. She will have to respond to this in court for her attempt to robbery! Alexandra is such a thief! She even tried to steal the voucher Delta gave her for the mistake she made for her incompetence. Do not go here unless you want to be robbed!
