We had an opportunity to have vacation in the Greek’s island for two weeks. Our Tursan Travel agent for this trip was Ms. Aynur Sariepe. She was a diligent, professional, and very supportive agent during this visit. Prior to the trip she provided us with an extensive guidance about the places, hotels, taxi company and tour guides. During the trip at each stage, she communicated with us via cell phone or our hotel fax machine and provided us necessary information such as, the name of the driver, the address, and the tickets for separate occasions. During this trip we all felt that she was with us. I had experience with other agents, and they were not as supportive and willing to spend time with us as Ms. Aynur did. I strongly recommend her as an excellent travel agent.
