This is my 6th time booking with Trio Travel. Kelly is our agent and she always give great personable service. She LISTENS TO ALL YOUR NEEDS & WANTS. I was truly inspired on our recent trip to Puerto Rico. Trio Travel booked us at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. GRAND was correct. The staff was attentive, food at each restaurant was amazing, the views were great, the bed was comfortable, and the resort was very clean. We asked Trio Travel to book a nice peaceful relaxing resort away from the hustle and bustle. The 5 star treatment at Hyatt lived up to our expectations.

Ms. Kelly helped my friends and I plan a trip to Jamaica. We initially attempted to plan ourselves and hit a few bumps. Ms. Kelly gave us options that worked with our budget. She was informative and attentive. All the info provided was very detailed oriented. Anytime, I emailed about a question/inquiry, she answered back expeditiously.
