Very bad experience with the kalyan branch staff. Used very rude and insulting tone while talking to me. Go online booking yourself but don't go with such agency who don't know how to maintain the dignity of their customer. Choose some other agency but not this.

The staff in the Thane office is also very co-operative. But the only thing was that accessibility for the location of hotel was little difficult. We wish them good luck for their business.
