This was our first time using Travelsmith for a vacation. Sally and Caitlin did an amazing job putting together an itinerary for a 2 week trip to Italy. The accommodations were great, our day trips provided the experiences we discussed we wanted, all connections and plans were seamless. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We just returned from my “bucket list” trip, a river cruise on the Danube! We couldn’t have done it without the help of Sally and Caitlin! From choosing a cruise line (Uniworld was AMAZING) to pre-cruise hotel and all of the “little” things we just didn’t know about, they took the stress out of going out of the country. My best friend and I make plans to do something that will bring us together and continue making memories. Eric is our travel agent and did a phenomenal job organizing everything we wanted to do...which was a lot! We flew into Venice for two nights, took a train to Rome- stayed the night, caught our cruise ship in Rome and stayed the night in Spain. We had one or more excursions every single day.
