Highest level of customer service I’ve ever received, and it’s the consistency of the customer service at Click Travel that really amazes me. I’ve been using Click Travel for 3 years through our company to book our tenants into hotels, and every time I’m faced with a stressful issue (which is quite often), I open up the chat feature on the website and I’m greeted with an extremely helpful, friendly and positive advisor within minutes, sometimes seconds, that without fail resolves my issue or answers my query, or contacts the hotel on my behalf and keeps me updated whilst they do so. Honestly every single company should take note of the customer service advisors training and the process of getting in contact at Click Travel because they are winning.

Do not use Click Travel, ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Extremely poor customer service and made multiple mistakes during my booking. They wrongly booked train tickets and their unresponsiveness made it impossible to contact them for assistance. I would rather book myself then go through this again. Highly discourage using Click Travel due to their lack of reliability and unhelpful approach.

Work has switched to click this year from Expedia and I think it's a huge improvement. Whenever I've needed to speak to anyone for help so far they've been amazing, I think the platform is better, and the way they set up room allowances for expenses and bill backs far superior to before.

Don’t use click travel. Book through them for 2 nights hotel stay. They sent through the confirmation which I printed. Arrived at the hotel and was told the card had been declined it’s now been two hours with the poor receptionist being taken in circles over the phone by this despicable company. Still waiting. Speaking to colleagues this is a common occurrence. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCES If I could rate with less than one star I would have.

Terrible service. If you have the option to use something else in your company, do it. They are incapable to manage simple things, as change a flight. Worst travel service that I used in my entire life. Don't fall for the start up tech speech. They are simple not competent for the basics. If I could I would give zero stars.
