Manali and her team were incredible!! Travel Factor planned a 12 N Switzerland trip for us and it was a delight to work with Manali!! She knows the place insides out, we just gave her a breif of our budget, choices and preferences and Manali curated an entire plan for us. Selected the best of hotels, gave an everyday itinerary and planned everything to the t, so we could just sit back and relax..We were stuck for a bit at one of the places and Manali promptly sorted the entire situation.
