The people who work here are horrible human beings. I was walking my dog on the side walk and my dog sat on the grass near by the complex this place was in to take a break. The woman working here came outside and told me I needed to leave immediately because it’s private property. Keep in mind this is during business hours and in a complex with many businesses. She then stood right inside and watched me until i walked away, laughing to her other coworker. Who runs a business like this? I actually thought about using their service for traveling a few times and I’m glad I haven’t. Very mean spirited staff and would not trust these people. Picture added of my adorable dog during this walk, who clearly needed a break on a hot and humid day. People like the staff here honestly just make me sad.

The lady I worked with was very nice but she messed up my wedding night and honeymoon reservations, as in we had no hotel room booked for the first night and we were on wrong flights to our honeymoon; it was nearly disaster. She apologized but thats just not enough for me. When I called after the fact they put me through to another person there who was smug about having to help the clearly irritated customer. I wouldnt recommend using them.

I gave a star because it is required to at least give one. I was looking online at different travel agencies and came across this one. I called to let her know I was looking to take a vacation to Jamaica next year for my birthday. We briefly talked about what I want my vacation to consist of. Then she asked about budget. I threw out a price of $1000 per person (never having been on a vacation there). Then i proceeded to tell her that my budget was not set in stone and I wanted to hear options and depending on what was included i would be willing to spend more money. The first thing that came out of her mouth was "the cheapest thing i have that i can offer is...." That ended our conversation. She considered her service "cheap" and i feel as though I was prejudged. I am not sure if it because I am a young African American lesbian woman (all of which she knew) or because she assumed I am poor because of the number i threw out. Either way, if a customer does not use the word "cheap" then neither should you. A class or two need to be taken in customer service in 2015. Also I have been looking at flights and for the time frame i want I can get flights for a little less than $400. She was trying to tell me that the flights start at $800/ person. Travel agents are supposed to offer better deals and have options. I could use expedia and get better customer service. At least there are options on there and not just "the cheapest" offer. I would NEVER recommend that anyone work with a person with that caliber of customer service, or the lack there of.

Cheri Forzani tried to divert people on Facebook from booking Ukraine Airbnb's to help out those desperate people. No one wants to actually go there, they simply donate their booking fees. She is DESPICABLE for being petty about losing $$$$'s.
