Trip of a Lifetime – Thanks to Nathan! Our recent vacation took us across four countries and six cities was truly the trip of a lifetime—and it was all orchestrated perfectly by Nathan at Travel & Cruise Desk. From multiple flights and train rides to hotel bookings and local logistics, everything was seamlessly planned. Nathan was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It was such a pleasure working with someone so professional, thoughtful, and responsive. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Unbelievable gift I gave myself for entrusting and waving a white flag and surrendering my travel planning to Alyssa Willard at Travel & Cruise Desk. Most of us have become our own travel advisor, but I was pulling my hair out trying to navigate a big trip to Africa by way of London and using airline miles. I would have probably given up on the trip if it wasn't for Alyssa taking over and handling all the arrangements. She did what I couldn't do or wanted to do. She asked and listened and got to know what our level of travel comfort was. At times I worried I was too needy with questions or updates, but Alyssa was always available with prompt communication. When I was frustrated with the destination specialist attached to the safari refuge, I asked if she could help with arrangements in Africa. She facilitated a wonderful DS for us which elevated our whole trip. I went from almost giving up and forfeiting the safari week which was already paid for, to having the trip of a lifetime. This would have been the last vacation I would have gone on with my husband if it wasn't for Alyssa and her planning team. Honestly, it wouldn't have gone well if everything was up to me and we were navigating all the details between four countries on two continents. We had a precise itinerary where safety, ease, and comfort were top priority. The trip was seamless because of Alyssa. I can't say enough and I've already used her for another short trip and recommended her to two other people.

Kudos to Nathan for working with me on a recent three week trip to Scandinavia. I enjoy figuring what we are going to do and adventures to take. Nathan does a fantastic job working around what we have planned and filling in the pieces. On this trip Nathan helped with flights, car rental and some of our lodging. He is so good at helping where needed and letting me do what I want to do. Basically no ego, just helps where he can, which is exactly what I need. Second time working with Nathan and will not be the last!

My sisters and I were super excited when we got tickets to a Taylor Swift concert in Scotland, but had no idea where to start when it came to planning. We contacted Travel & Cruise desk and the response was quick from the team and Nathan really took the time to hear what we needed and locked us in for flights and hotels quickly. We knew that demand was high in the area we needed, but Nathan was able to keep us in our budget and gave us multiple options for our trip which was super helpful.
