We joined this travel club when we were on vacation in Aruba. We went to the seminar. Did all the stuff, payed the $500 deposit? And then the rest of the payments thru the year. And we were told if we didn't use it within the first year, we would be reimbursed for our deposit. I even put it in my calendar in my phone for a year later, to check. And now they're telling us, oh, it's a 5 year program, why would I pay on something for 5 years , And never use it. And now they don't want to reimburse. I even have the names of the two ladies that we talked to when we were there. I think that was just a scam to get us to join. How many other people are they taking $1200 for every year. This is bad business.

Katie has gone above and beyond with sorting out various issues that cropped up after we had booked our holiday...none of which were the fault of TCE! Would definitely use this company again due to her diligence.

They are all extremely knowledgeable and personable and go above and beyond to find out what we are looking for and help us find the ideal holiday. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
