I want to give some direct feedback for services rendered by our travel agents of Travel and Acquisitions LLC. I have worked with Grace Murphy since the beginning of 2018. She is a very kind person. She listens, communicates effectively, knowledgeable, approachable and prompt with my requests. In this case we had to go back and forth many times as we had to coordinate the schedule with many folks. During the entire process she was radiating her professional behavior with great patience, which I certainly appreciate tremendously.
