Leta- the certified travel consultant is AMAZING! Not only does she know EXACTLY what she's doing and is very knowledgeable but she's extremely sweet. As soon as she sees you coming into the main office, she makes her way from behind her desk in her own office to come out and speak to you which makes you feel very welcomed. Gabi- the travel agent is also very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I recommend anyone wanting to plan a trip to stop by and speak to either of these lovely ladies because they will take care of you and get you set up with everything you need!

Basic manners are absent. When entering I was not greeted appropriately, then the owner(?) did not stand nor introduce themselves. Lastly, I was told the agent said they would call in one to two days. That was over a week ago.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience on our trip to the 2015 Rose Parade with Tour West, our driver Jack and tour director Bea. Our bus had a breakdown and they handled it professionally and as quickly as they could. The company made it right for all of the passengers by buying our lunch once we got underway again. The rest of the trip went flawlessly. Our days were filled with lots to do and they were able to answer all of the questions that were asked by the guests. The only issues we had were the closeness of the bleacher seats that were provided but this has nothing to do with Tour West. They do not control the seating at the parade. I would highly recommend this company. They take all of the driving headache out of travel!
