#Thomas Cook Viman Nagar Franchise FRAUD #MS Priti FRAUD I would like to share my whole experience with Thomas Cook Viman Nagar Franchise Branch in the last 2 to 3 years and am sharing this information so that other fellow travellers are aware . So in 2023 after our Schengen visa got rejected ( which we had done on our own and had made mistakes so got rejected and take full ownership of the same) , we visited Thomas Cook Viman Nagar Branch as its near to where we used to stay. There we met Ms Sanjukta and she was super helpful and advised us to build a travel history before applying again for Schengen Visa . So in the next 2 years with her help we went to Phuket and Dubai and everything went smooth . Then in the month of June 2025 when we approached Thomas Cook again this time for Schengen Visa for Austria we got to know that Sanjukta had left the org and now there would be someone else handling our case . We had explcitly mentioned that since our Schengen visa had got rejected earlier we wanted someone senior to handle our case and they assigned our case to Ms #Priti . Now from here our ordeal started . Unlike Sanjukta she neither knew how to talk to clients now was available to us like Sanjukta was .She filled our application and charged Rs 18K for the same and we paid 25K to VFS on 1st Aug when we had our date . Now she hadnt mentioned that we might get a call from the embassy . Now on 12th August my husband got a call from the embassy asking about our previous Schengen visa rejection that happened in 2023 . He gave the answer and then they also asked about the itenerary which he told based on what he had remembered as no one had tild us that we had to remember day wise itenerary after 15 days of visa submission. On 12th August itself I called Priti and told her anout the interview . At that time she told us that she had kept the field 'whether Schengen visa was rejected ' blank in our application and didnt even tell us . e trusted her based on our previous experience which was our mistake . Also on the cover letter that she had prepared she hadnt mentioned about previous visa rejection . This was a blunder . Predictably on 23rd Aug we got rejection citing we dint give detals of itenreary and also family ties werwnt string as we dint give any documents. From then on 2nd chapter of ordeal started . On raising repeated complaints they agreed to help us with writing appeal letter . Now here we got to knnow of the real scam . Thought we thought we were going through Thomas Cook actually they were a franchise and done the booking thorugh some third part which we got to kno0w when we raised complaint on Thomas Cook Head Office . Now they introduced us to some Ms Nivedita who also we got to know thgat she was their some wealth manager but posed as visa agent . When we called the head office we got to know that there was no Nivedita . They sent us an appeal letter which was exact copy of the letter that we had only shared as a sample . After this experience our trust on Thomas Cook is really got shaken . Request #Thomas Cook to look at the issues at the earliest. Request no one to go through Priti and we got to know that she is relative of the owner . She has no real experince in travel . Be prepared for getting defaruauded if you go via her .

Recently we went for family Bali trip .Trip was well organized, Pickups within Bali was well organized. Local staff was good.We had a hassel free 7 days in bali. I would also like to appreciate Jay bhosle from Viman nagar TC team for his time to time guidence and co-ordination with bali ground staff. He was always ready for help on call/whatsapp for all our queries throught out the process.
