Kayla and Pauline are the best. They are so, so kind & incredibly knowledgeable. Needed to update my passport with my new last name before our vacation in a few weeks, so I booked my appointment (which was super quick - in & out in 20 mins) and my passport arrived less than 2 weeks later. Where to start with this company? Well as i am planning a trip an ask that goes along with it, i forgot to get my visa. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and handled everything with such professionalism. I also watched her assist a walk-in customer during my visit (quickly and seamlessly) which speaks volumes about how well she knows her stuff. Although I didn’t work with Kayla directly, I overheard her expertly juggling phone calls, walk-ins, and document reviews at the same time. That said, I’d suggest scheduling an appointment before coming in-- it only made my experience move even smoother, and I felt admittedly prioritized with a scheduled appointment (they were kind enough to squeeze me in, same day).
